M2 12ga Short Length of Pull

Anyone feel the standard LOP on a M2 12ga with a factory comfortech pad is too long?

When wearing jackets or tactical gear the LOP causes difficulty shouldering, especially with normal or short arms. 

I created a mold to make polyurethane drop in replacement pad which is 0.600” shorter. This is shorter than the shortest factory pad. It’s similar durometer / hardness and is comfortable under loads.

For the pad I made, from the end of the stock to the end of the pad is 0.375” or 3/8”.
