What is the size, thread pitch and lenth of the screws/plugs needed to fill the screw holes in the top of the receiver on a M4/M1014? And where can they be had?

To add the hand guard on my M1014 it was necessary to remove the Picatinny rail from the receiver. I would like to put plugs /headless screws in the holes to protect them. An ideal choice would be an Allen drive screw to make them flush and low profile as can be. I put the rail screws back in the holes for the time being, that is NOT a long-term option. And it looks janky too. In my searches, I have found litter or nothing to fill the bill.
