Boo_1 Posted November 20, 2006 Posted November 20, 2006 Hello guys. I am new here and this is my first post. I am assuming that a SBE is a Super Black Eagle. I have owned one for almost three years now and have put more than 1500 rounds through it. I remove the barrel every 100 shots or so and clean the action and lube with MOS 2. My question is given that the action hardly gets dirty and I hardly see any wear at all, what and when should I expect to do anything with springs or any gunsmith type maintenance or repairs? This thing looks pretty bullet proof and does not appear to wear much. I shoot mostly 3 and 3 1/2" loads at geese and it has pretty much replaced my SP10 for waterfowl and turkey. It is a 24" camo version. Quote
