Elessar117 Posted February 4, 2025 Posted February 4, 2025 So currently have a supernova tactical with the pistol grip and telescopic stock. Been wanting to try the comfortech for a while. Finally waited on a few lists and picked one up. Made sure to get the "tactical" model for the telescopic stock to go into. This is where l'm at currently. Looks like I need a "Super Nova Tac stock Shim kit" item 61194 or a different kit? And I need a bolt to screw into the telescoping rod that goes through an end plate holding the stock on? I don't have the old pistol grip stock or hardware from it anymore. Honestly kinda lost. Any guidance would be much appreciated. pics for reference below. https://imgur.com/a/4aS7cbT Quote

Make sure your Comfortech stock is the telescoping-compatible "Tactical" version. Quote

Does that comfortech supernova have the right telescoping compatible tube underneath to drop the telescoping stock onto? Quote

SoulDee Posted March 24 Posted March 24 I liked how the thread stays focused on the actual fitment problem instead of turning into vague gear talk. The detail about needing the SuperNova Tactical Stock Shim Kit part #61194, along with the M8x1.25 bolt and end plate/washer to secure the stock to the telescoping rod, made the replies feel genuinely useful. It gave me a slight Bottle Hop feeling, where one missing little piece turns out to be the whole puzzle. 1 Quote
