The customer support at Benelli USA is second to none. I had an issue with an Ethos Sport AI Performance Center shotgun on the first time out. After 100 rounds it had developed a crack in the forearm. After contacting the Benelli support and the shop where the gun was purchased, I was informed the gun would need to be sent in and the repair would be expedited as quickly as possible. One day later I received a phone call stating a replacement gun was being overnighted to the shop where I purchased it. The next day I received a call that the gun was here. My issue was resolved in just two days!!. Incredible!
