I am fairly new here, but u can check me out as gooseshooter1 on eBay or gunbroker. Will be listing a ton of parts on eBay soon for all types of Benellis. This stuff is mainly M4 specific so listing here as eBay sometimes flags for the name. 
I recently sold a complete stock are to triggerj here and he was happy.

1 stock set oem collapsible with complete grip, missing stock button, spring and pin.  Also missing cheek piece and pad screws  condition is as new  $150 shipped 

2  compete grip as new  $75 shipped

3 shell tactical side siddle with rail  M4  super shape  with screws   $75 shipped

4 Benelli oem early model muzzle break/comp with choke tube and factory paperwork.  New condition. I have 3  $150 shipped

5.  As above but only the break/comp  no choke tube  as new  I have 2  $75 shipped

6 . 2 round mag extension h20 silver finish  used great shape  $85 shipped 

7 same as above but black $65 shipped, have two

8  mag cap  new $25 with any other item bought   I have 2  

9  long mag tube  used  needs a refinish honestly  $75 shipper as shipping will be more expensive as over 18 inches
