Value of this B80 (with pics!)

Hello all!

I know a gun shop that has a Benelli B80 chambered in 7.65mm (.30 Luger cal.) . The firearm is in immaculate condition. Since the shop owner sknows me, he let me take these pics:

 

The gunshop is asking $400 firm for this sample.

So.......Is that a fair market price? He's got the original box too. I can't seem to find ANY info on the internet (let alone in english! LOL) about this pistol. I just know that I'm in love with its style.
