wesley Posted January 21, 2007 Posted January 21, 2007 i recently purchased a new r-i in the 270 wsm. i read the cleaning guidence but have a question about cleaning my r-1. i understand cleaning the barrel, trigger unit, etc. my question is how offen do you clean the gas collection cylinder.does it require break down and if so how well this effect the scope, bore sitting and range sitting?
