I contacted Benelli and was helped by a wonderful rep by the name of Christiana. After talking with her for 10 minutes my problem was resolved. She shipped me a new stock via UPS that arrived 3 days after the contact. Benelli CS rocks! It is comforting to know that I have a kick ass shotty and kick ass customer service to back me up! She was really knowledgeble... nothing like a woman who knows shotguns! Quote
