are the buttstocks and forend interchangeable on the M1 and M2? Or more specific. Will M2 stock and forend fit on an M1? I have an older black synthetic M1 and was thinking it would look pretty cool with an APG camo buttstock and forend.

 

If it doesn't fit. what modification is needed?
