I called them, and I be ****ed! even tho its 6 years old, they said to send it in and they will have it upgrqraded to match the new version FREE OF CHARGE! Now thas service

My SBE is about 6 years old. Two things, #1 The cover to my extractor spring came loose (its the one held on by two allen set screws) and the spring was damaged so I had to buy a new one. MAN, was i shocked to see this little 1 1/2" spring cost me $15 ! Now I realize Benelli changed the way this spring is held in, so since they acknowledged a problem why do they charge such an outragious price for something they admit was a defect in their engineering?
