I cannot locate the name of a benelli parts/accessories dealer that I looked up recently. Can anyone help with the name of this company...

I recently purchased a used M3, I did not notice when I bought it if the pump action worked without pulling the trigger or pushing any other levers or buttons. When the bolt is forward I can pull back the front foregrip without doing anything. Is this normal, this is my first Benelli, any help would be appreciated.
