Until I am able to take a defensive shotgun course, I want to find a manual or book of instruction. Specifically, one that teaches techniques and the kinds of practices to perform. Recommendations are appreciated.

Although I have owned pistols and a Remingotn 700 for many years, I recently purchased my first shotgun, a 12 gauge Benelli Nova. I want to take a defensive shotgun course. My home is in Sun City West, Arizona (36 mi NW of Phoenix). Any recommendations regarding an instructor or school within 50 mi of my home?
