Can I safely use Bismuth-tin shot, with the FULL CHOKE in my Nova 12 ga. 28"

I just bought the Nova pump action 12 ga. gun this week. I want to know if bismuth-tin shot, or any one of the 7 tungsten shots can be used with the full choke. Specifically can I us Remington's Hevi*Shot Nitro Magnum, 3.50", 1.75 oz shot, #2 shot. Thank you for your helping this New Member!
