I heard it is legal to have both pistol grip stock & tube extension on a M3, Is this true? Does the law makers understand the difference of a pistol grip stock(like a handgun) and pistol grip stock(that includes the shoulder rest ; ei like Benelli #11606)? Which one are they outlawing?
