Yes, you have to drill and tap it. I had my gunsmith do it while I was on vacation so the M4 would not be down out of my use. When I first used it I was supprised how easy one can close the bolt now. I like it. I just also contacted 3 Gun Gear for there 8 round Side Saddle. I do have the Tac-Star Side saddle right now but I don't like the way it get rid of the trigger pin. So I will see how it works with the 3 Gun Gear sidesaddle. [ 04-03-2005, 05:10 AM: Message edited by: RABMP5 ]

I also have the GG&G Bolt handle and I tell you I love it. But I didn't go with the Bolt release from GG&G I bought the one form Arredondo witch has to be installed on the original one and I love that one also. I thing the Bolt handel and Bolt release are a must. http://www.arredondoaccessories.com/

The stock tube is already milled it came that way. It is not the nudert gun for the US LOL. (sorry) And it also has the full mag tube so I don't have to get the thing that you guys have to add over there. But there has to be some parts that I should keep handy. The trigger group is the same as in the M1 and M3 (I think) there should be some parts that one should keep a spare. Don’t you think? Oh is there a company offering something to reduce the Trigger pull?

What spare parts should I keep handy for the gun? I think something like the: Firing Pin Firing Pin retaining pin O-ring and what else? Oh and I got My Benelli M4 on monday and shot it on tuesday. I like it alot. I still have the Pistol grip on it, but that will soon change as soon as I get to the US I will buy the colapseble kit. They want to much here in Germany.

So if I buy the kit from Cal's I still need to have the tube milled. Ok, that sound's good to have more positons added because always wenn I shot a M1 I felt the stock was to long.

Sorry if this question has been asked before. I have a chance on buying a lightly used M4 with a standard and pistol-grip stock (Like the M1's and M3's). So I would like to put the collapseble stock on it. Can it be easily done? I looked on Cal's Sporting Armory and is says "This stock will only collapse on the Military M1014 or the M4 Super 90 model #11707." http://www.calssportingarmory.com/BenelliStockForends.htm So what does that meen if I buy a shotgun that never had the collapseble stock it will not collapse! Oh I am here in Germany I don't know if that makes a difference Thanks for the help
