This year I bought a Benelli 12 ga M2 field. The forend is scalloped. 4 scallops. It does not feel natural in my hand. It is different than all the Benelli's I own. Do they sell a different forend? It's disconcerting enough to me that it makes the firearm feel awkward in my hands. Any aftermarket friends that are different?

From what I see it looks gorgeous. Been waiting for a 28 from Benelli......began to believe it would never happen. Cant wait till the 19th.

Just saw the intro page of Benelli and the new shotgun they are touting the Vinci has a 28 on it.......Could it be Benelli is finally coming out with a shotgun in 28 guage????????? I mean the lightest auto loader in the world is an awesome achievement but if it comes out in 28 guage or any Benelli comes out in 28 guage I will be reaching for my wallet!!!!! Can anybody tell me what they have heard??? Did anyone else get that idea from the intro to Benelli Arms???

Anybody have an M-1 20g Benelli. I want a light 20 that can handle being in the thickets without getting all scratched up. Handles well and does not jam. I am also considering a Franchi 720. Any help will be apprecaited.
