  4. i hunted for over 15 years with an o/u winchester,2 3/4.That gun fit like a glove. When steel shot came arouned I decided to put the winchester away and i picked up the Beretta silver pigeon.figuring since I was used to over-unders it should be quite easy to make the switch.I gave that gun 2 yeras of hunting, and that gun gave me 2 years of misery.I then gave up and decided to go with the sbe 1.My friend do yourself a favor and defenitly get yourself a Benelli. It will be the best hunting shotgun you will ever put your hand on.good luck.Oh by the way, anyone interested in buying a beretta HA HA!!!
  5. I wrote to jeff and he kind of leaned toward the 700 model.I work on two hunts all season.Big open water and a small pond.i hunted with the comp 'n choke last year, and while I made some pretty good distant shots, the closer oneswere pretty tough. What i would really like to get my hands on is a choke that can kind of give me the same results both near and far,Am I dreaming??By the way this forum is by far the best and most informative one I have seen so far.Makes me pretty nervous asking advice and not feeling foolish. Thanks!!!
  6. can anyone give me some feedback on terror chokes.i just found out about them and they look pretty interesting.I am looking into the 700 model!!
