Blueplate

I really like the fact that I can unload the chamber of my Super Black Eagle without emptying the magazine. I really DON'T like the fact that I can't lock the bolt back when I do. I heard that there was a way to modify the action to do this. Can anybody tell me how to do this or reccomend a gunsmith who can? Thanks.
