thoes are some nice looking guns, two questions, how much? and do they jam alot?

friend told me about the gun, looked for the price, found it for $350 and i was thinking, thats cheap is it worth it?? i like the fact that it has the button on the forend, so can some one help me out here?

are the guns really under 300?????? i thought they were crap because of the price, then i remberd the company,
