I was hoping for an inch. I guess that i cannot to do this with this gun. I shoot clover leafs and one hole groups with my bolt guns. When this gun first came out it was made out to be the best on the market. It functions great. Just a little disapointed with two inches. If that is what it does that will have to be it.

It still doesnt shoot to my expectations. Two inches is their okay to send it out. Will try some more loads/bullet weights. Any ideas

I got approval to send the gun to Benelli to get checked out. I was not getting good groups at all. All I know for now is that they put a new barrel, and gas operating system. I will get it Monday. So basically a new gun. Cant wait to see how it shoots now.

When I shoot a 4 shot group I get one that is way out of whack. I shot the other day and had three measuring .89 and the fourth is 4.5 inches away. I then shot four more later after letting the barrel cool down and with a different powder I got almost the same thing. Any ideas?

I am working on my dads 300 win. It likes H4350 the best with 165 hornady sp's and the 180 grain tsx. I did not crimp the cases. Full length size them and trim when needed. I would stay away from Federal brass. Myself, I have had too many split cases in all calibers and do not use them for reloading. Make sure you seat them deep enough to fit in the magazine. I made that mistake I could have used them in a bolt gun but not the R1. Hope this helps.

I am working with my dads R1. I work with mostly bolt guns. I am trying to work up a load and this is what I am getting. I shoot four shots. Three measure .89 and the fourth is 4.5" away. I believe it is the first that is thrown. I have done this with different powders and am wondering if there is a fix to this. I went shooting the other day and put 20 bullets through this gun and got about the same thing every time. Three would be close and one a ways away. Any help thanks in advance.

My gun took a liking to the Federal Fusion 180 Gr. Didnt have any luck with any other brand/load.
