Bob in Kansas

Sometimes my new gun doesn't fire even though I hear the trigger click. My questions are: Is this an appropriate topic to post here? (The guidelines say that this forum is not for customer service questions.) A topic below talks about "Bolt closed or not?". Could this be my problem? What else might cause this? My dogs will really appreciate seeing a bird fall for them after the next point. Bob.
