I have the benelli nova synthetic stock. Should the standard recoil pad slip off so a comfortech recoil pad can be put on without screws?

Do you have to be equipped with Benelli's ComforTech synthetic stock system to be able to use the gel pads? And if so Does any one know of a website that sells the comfortech 13.5 LOP gel pads?
