anyone know where i can find a slug barrel for this gun.

I am recently a first time buyer of the Benelli M2. I am very happy with the gun. I am entertaining the idea of using this gun for deer hunting with slugs. I have not been able to find any slug barrels online for purchace or for information. Does anyone have any insight on this topic for me.
