Heavy loads just means hunting loads if I'm not mistaken i.e. 00 buck. It's mostly for break in of tactical models before using tactical/low recoil rounds I believe, but I suppose it could also be for break in before using bird loads. I'm not a bird hunter so I'm not too familiar with powder loads in birdshot. Hope this is of some help.

I just happened across the forum while searching for an owners manual online. Anyone know where I could find one online for an M1 Super 90? I've found it before in .pdf but apparently someone has deleted it from my computer and I'd like to find it before I attempt to strip the shotgun for a good cleaning. TIA Also I'm trying to get the rear sight off due to rusting around the base of it and have no idea on tools needed or procedure so any advice/help is greatly appreciated.
