looking at the red print at the top of the forums page: " ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA PHONE OR EMAIL (301-283-6981). " I went to the customer service page and no contact info is there. Where is their email address? does this say anything about their customer service? has anyone had any experience with their customer service?
