Anyone ever removed the useless civilian "prosthetic" mag-tube extention, and then mounted a flashlight inside the welded ring that hangs down from the end of the barrel? I might be willing to accept the limited 5-round magazine capacity, IF I can get a weapon light to fit where the +2 mag extension (or full length tube) would normally go? Thanx, Dave.

Saw an M4 at my local sporting goods store. It was tagged as an "M4 LE" model (11707?). It had a fixed pistol grip (Steadi-grip?) stock, and short mag tube with prosthetic extention. Anyway, when I looked at the muzzle, there was a removable choke tube in there??? I thought all M4's had fixed Cylinder bores? That's the way the Benelli web-site lists them. I like the idea of having the flexibility of multiple chokes, so, I was (pleasantly) surprised. In fact, this was one of the reasons I was leaning toward an M2 Tactical instead of the M4! Does anyone know when this change happened? Are they the new Benelli "Cryo" chokes? Thanx, Dave.
