My California bought M4 came with only one choke. I use it for 00-00 shooting, works great. What other chokes are recommended for the M4, and for what purposes or loads? (#6 shot, slugs, etc.)

I am relatively new to the M4, but now I am even more confused. Mine is a California bought model. It holds 3 in the tube and one in the chamber. I see that Dadams sells extensions to hold 7, using the factory spring. However, the above posts refer to the extension adding 2 rounds, and can use the factory spring. So, the means you guys are having your models hold 5 rounds from the factory? What all do I have to do to make a CA model 7 rounds?

Well, I was going to buy the Nova based upon trying a friends, but then someone paraded the M4 past me. What do you plan to use the Nova for? If it is solely fun and games and home defense, go for it. Very smooth action on the Nova and Supernova.

I have never, ever shot slugs. For an M4, what slugs shell makers are recommended, and what do I do about the factory choke? (mine was one of the ones that came with only one) I have shot 00-00 steel buck with no problem in this configuration, BTW. Any help is appreciated.
