Yes, I called them and they have had this problem with other models. I hope they can get the gun back to me before my Argentina Dove Hunting trip in 3 weeks. I will be surprised!

I have had the gun about a year and while shooting yesterday, the whole vent rib came off. Up near the front bead it looks it is just glued on. I expect more out of Benelli than this. I have 6 different models of Benelli's and I have not had a problem with any prior to this. Has anyone else experience this problem?
