I recently purchased a SuperNova. Through trial and error I found that my improved cylinder choke works best on skeet. My modified choke seems to hold too tight of a pattern. But it all really depends on how good of a shot you are. Sincerely, Benellifanatic PS: My barrell is 26".

I have a remington 870 express smooth bore barrel shot gun that is capable of shooting slugs.My question is with a cylinder choke in my super nova 26" barrel can i shoot slugs?This is a feild barrel not a rifled barrel.Thank you sincerly, Benillifanatic

I recently purchased my first Benelli. Last week I was able to shoot my gun for the first time at a skeet range. I am pleased to say that my gun is awesome. Although, it took several boxes for me to figure out how tight the pattern was. I have to use my improved cylinder choke to shoot well. My barrell is 26 inches long, my partners barrell is 24 inches long, and he does not miss one. Does the shorter barrell spread the shot quicker? Sincerely, Benellifanatic
