They told me the same thing - put alcohol on it to make it stay. If they know it's an issue maybe they should try to fix it....

I called Customer Service this morning 10-8-07 and they will be mailing me a new one - No Hassels. What a great company!!!! Thanks.

I've owned my SPEII for less than 2 months and the recoil pad has already fallen off and is now lost. Anyone else had this problem?
