my arm dosen't hurt any more but even with my face planted firmly on the gun my head is still pounding hours later. is there something i can get to soften the blow to my right jaw

hey i am new to shotguns all-together. i recently bought a nova pump and when to the range 3 times and shot trap/skeet for the first time. i impressed myself with how many doubles i got at skeet.... but the day after the i shoot at the range (about 150 shells) i have a black and blue circle a little bigger than a quarter right above my right bycep and my cheek/jaw bone hurts... i asked all my shooting buddys why and they say "you must be holding the gun wrong" and " keepyour face on the gun " but the last 2 times at the range i made sure my face was on the gun and that it was right in my collar bone and sure enough the next day black and blue and hurting face/head ache...... is this normal? thanks

hey is there any company that makes a shoulder starp atachment for my nova pump? my wrist gets tired wile im waiting between shooters from my turn at the skeet range. i rest the tip of the barrel on my toe but still if i could throw a strap over my shoulder and have weight of the gun off my wrist and on my shoulder it be great..... let me know

hey all, i just bought a bennelli nova pump and i can say that it is truly an awsome weapon. i am new to shotguns, and i live in florida and im not sure of the laws. my main use for the nova is trap/skeet and i was wondering weather or not its legal to take the plug out so i could hold 5 shells, if im just useing the gun at the range...? if anyone could let me know that would be awsome... thanks, max
