CrazyD, Thanks for your help. So the best bet is to probably buy the M2 slug gun that comes with the receiver already drilled, I'm assuming. It would be nice if they made a cantilever barrel (in my opinion). It would save a lot of hassle with the scope and switching to a bird barrel. sled

If you couldn't tell, I'm new to the site and Benelli, too. I'm thinking about purchasing an M2, but was wondering if you can get a cantilever slug barrel for it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
