I know you have most likely gotten your answer but to help those who might still be in the dark as to how to remove the plug, here is how it's done.
First unscrew and remove the magazine cap
Then by using a object like a flat screwdriver, blade of a knife or even your fingernails pluck the limiter plug up.
I just got my P-350 on last Thursday to use as a backup gun for my M-2000 or to help someone out when his gun breaks. With this said people shouldn't be afraid to pull their guns apart. Just do it slowly and think about what you are doing.
