If your duck has any resemblance to liver you are over cooking it. My experiance is mainly with rice or grain feed puddle ducks or rice feed ring biils or scaup. Grill the breasts med. rare like a good steak and I think you will be happy.

I currently have an m2 and an SBE both with comfort tech stocks. Apparently due to my large hands and the thickness of the trigger guard on the SBE due to the safety, My middle finger which rests just behind the trigger guard gets bruised to the point of loosing skin. Does any one know of a modification or after market solution. Other than the bruises I really like the way the gun shoots and the functional reliability. Thanks in advance for any advice.
