  1. Please do me a HUGE favor. Remove the spring from the magazine tube and measure it. I want to know what Benelli puts in the full-length tube FROM THE FACTORY. This would please me much!

Yeah please measure the spring THANKS!

  2. I'm in the South East Asian region where it's a pain to obtain accessories and cheap ammo. Everything costs too much here.

Can not you just order from the united states and have it shipped to your country? or what are you exactly looking for?

  3. I just bought an M4 with the PG/fixed stock. Is this all i need to make the collapsible function like factory? Or do I need a diff tube?

What model M4 do you own? 11707

if you own the 11707 model then NO you do not need a different recoil tube .

  4. Some people love them, some don't like them.

I have very limited first hand experience with one, but if I had to make a list of issues ...

    1) - Issues with hot gas being let right out onto hands, or something

    2) - fitment and strength issues, wobble, ill fit in receiver etc

    3) - the design is such that if it's flexed, it prevents the gas pistons from moving via friction, thus potentially jamming your gun

    4) - Ugly as sin

    5) - Not true 1913 spec rails.

    6) - heavy?

These issues could all be resolved by now, but I lost any interest I ever really had in the rail. I may have even made some of the issues up in a temporary bout of insanity. I'm just giving you a list of stuff to check out ... I seem to remember threads on all these issues, for better or for worse.

As far as how to mount a light on an m4 ... it's a bit of pain right now, as I (and many others) find the aftermarket options to be pretty slim.

You basically either get a railed handguard (surefire, B&T and sidearmor) and then attach a light to that, or you get a mag tube/barrel clamp mount and attach a light like that, but it must be removed every time the gun is disassembled ...

The slickest, and IMO most desirable light setup I've seen thus far is something like this ...

I agree it is small perfect and you do not have to add any crazy looking bulky parts.

  5. You have a victim mentality. Maybe he wants to BE the rapist? Ever think of that. Think like a predator. Not a sheep.

He would have unlimited victims. Almost no legal repercussions. Perfect predator environment.

  6. I agree..But, its also wise to make as few assumptions as possible, lest one intends on becoming a potential/repetitive rape victim while a resident of the local penitentiary.

Who Knows you might like it !

  7. If someone breaks in your house or in your dwelling and you feel threatened for your life you are not going to give a rats butt cheek what the law says, but thankful you have a gun to protect yourself! i am going for the dome

  8. Reading page one would have helped, eh? I mean, I understand skipping the fluff in the middle, but you didn't even look at page one before asking, lol.

I thought I looked at page one , which way did it go , which way did it go! Looks good ! Probably it will look slot better after the new magazine.

  9. Fired my M4 with the collapsible stock for the first time today. Tested Remington OOO 2.75" buck and Winchester Hollowpoint 1oz 1600fps generic slugs.

at 25 yards, 4-5 of the 8 buckshot pellets would hit VERY close togather, with the remainder being 6-12" away. By very close, I mean palm of your hand. One 25 yard target actually resulted in 4 OOO pellets putting ONE RAGGED HOLE in the target. THis "cluster" was always dead-center pretty much, with the outliers in no particular place.

At 50 yards 3-4 pellets (probably these center ones) would end up in a 8x8" area.

At 100 ayrds, 4-shots resulted in 1 pellet on-target. I did hold 1.5' high, I don't know if this helped or hurt.

THe slugs were the most accurate I have tested. Sighting in required moving 25 clicks to the left from mechanical dead-center. This is approximately 3.6" at 100 yards. NOT BAD for something that has a removable barrel and removable INSERT in that barrel.

This was also the Alpha testing of my Briley MOD choke. I like it. Very well machined to require such a small shift from mechanical zero.

Slugs grouped excellent. about 4" groups offhand while standing (not counting a couple that I knew I pulled, remember, a shotgun recoils roughly 1/2" while the slug is STILL IN THE BORE! This means you flinch...it shows up!) at 50 yards. At 25 yards, I could kill small bugs like a sledge hammer, could I see them that far away. I blotted out the bulls-eye.

Thus supporting my statement, Remington Sluggers like a looser (IC) choke, and the Winchester stuff likes a little more constriction (M).

The stock really rattled the **** out of me the first 2 shots, then I realised it was b/c it was on the middle notch and I was CRAMMING my cheek bone into it to get a good sight picture. (The middle notch really is for body armor or an optic without body armor). I moved it to the far back notch, and it felt identical to my fixed stock in every aspect but balance, and Kip's titanium tube should arrive soon and balance the weapon out again.

All in all, I am pleased.

When Kip's rail and the funding arrives, I will purchase a T1 Micro or a Trijicon RMR. Leaning towards the T1/LaRue mount. This thing will be absurd 0-100 yards with that setup.

*Of note, EVERY CHOKE I have fired has required a different amount of windage to be zeroed. If you change chokes...check your zero. Removing/replacing the barrel and/or same choke has no effect on zero in my testing.

Post some pictures of your new M4 setup!

  10. also take into account that the man has publicly stated that if it were up to him, he would do away with private gun ownership, but he understands that he could not enforce such a law. He has accepted the inevitable, to some extent.

However, the man is royally messing everything up. I dislike him due to many a thing, not just his stance on freedom, or his desire to eliminate it.

However, i have nothing against his abortion policy. Abortion never bothered me, and i think it should be a right if you so choose. Unwanted children just cause problems. A drop in crime rate roughly 10-14 years after abortion was legalaized underscores this.

So i guess he and i can agree on at least one thing, lol.

sorry people :o MURDER is Murder whether a an unborn offspring in particular an unborn human baby or a 99 year old person it's all the same !

  11. Very nice. I'd consider getting one if I didn't have the 11703. So I'd have to buy the damn recoil tube also at 250 bucks.

I'm waiting on my titanium tube also. I ordered mine in mid april, so I figure I have some time to go.

Let us know how the T-1 works. I've considered it also, but I don't know how much it would help. I'm worried it will crowd the view like my EOTech did.

I think you really do not need a T1 unless you are sniping things ! up close there is no time to use the T1 , just my thoughts . anyhow it is a cool piece to have !
