I have a Benelli M1014 it came with a telescopic stock. I bought a 3 position recoil tube for it, my question is is it legal to have it on there? Or any ideas on where to find ohio gun laws?

I'm wondering if anyone knows the current value of my M1014. It's only been shot once. It's number 2249 on 3000. Any help would be appreciated. I'm also wondering if it would be worth more if it was taken apart ( the collapsible stock ) or as the whole gun. On the box it says " M1014 (L.E.) 12 Gauge 18, 5" *** GHOST SIGHT telescopic stock + P.G." I also have a assembly extension tube (+2 extra rounds). My husband is trying to decide if he should sell it or not.
