I had a hard time finding the proposed changes also. Go to DFG home page do a search ( 2010 proposed regulation ). The California DFG claims to want opinion about proposed changes, however I found it very difficult to find the proposed changes. -
I was reviewing the proposed changes 2010 to the California Waterfowl Regulations. Amended sections 502 and 507. Bag and possession limits, season dates. The proposed changes are listed on the California DFG web site if anyone is interested.
