  1. Im looking into adding new Mepro's to my M4, adding them to my M3, and also MAYBE adding a mini reddot to the my, something that will co-witness

Will the Mepro's be the same for the M3 & M4?

For the red dot, Im thinking either Dr Optic, Burris fastfire, or trijicon mini reddot reflex

What are your thoughts, opinions, and information?

  2. Many thanks to those that have fought for mine and ALL Americans Freedoms.

Be proud of your accomplishments and services, Best wishes to those family members and families, my wife, and everyone else who has/is served/serving for all of US.

  3. Well, if you did, all the power to ya, youll be sitting on them awhile, they may be rare, but not sought very hard which is why they are so rare.

I think I am going to find one cheaper through my FFL from Benelli cheaper, if not, I have to go this route, I think the M3 with this barrel will be much better than the standard 18.5, plus the added benefit of a more versatile Benelli is a nice feature, the M3 will have it ALL at this point

  4. I found a Benelli M3 26" Field Barrel with Chokes online that I have been searching for a while, but is $500 worth it?

These are RARE to find, at least for me, I searched hi and lo to find one for a while with no luck, but now that I have found one, Im wondering about the pricing pitch

  5. I thought long & hard about this one:

    http://www.benelliusa.com/performance_shop/benelli_performance_shop_supersport.php

    and this one:

    http://www.benelliusa.com/shotguns/benelli_supersport_and_sport_2.php

But I prefer wood. They also make it in the carbon fiber finished synthetic stock.

Both would be top choices if you have the scratch for them.

Thye 2nd Choice is the one my friend sold, man that shotgun was a dream to shoot, I still bust his ball$ for NOT selling it to me, this is the one I will be getting, I thought it was the SBE II, but now that I verified, I MUST HAVE

  6. I am wondering, I thought the posrts were the pistons, but to make sure, how can I tell which # of ports I have on my M1014 Commemerative edition?

Where is it that I am looking, at the base of the piton towards the buisness end there is 4 holes on each piston, does mean I have the 4 port version?

If it is, Does Benelli switch to the 2 port version under waranty?

I guess it all comes down to the gun for how it will cycle, but what say you about this and what will most likely be the outcome?

If someone can post a picture of the port location for identification and any information, I would appreciate it

  7. When there is a shell in the magazine, pressing the lever releases that shell onto the carrier so that it may be chambered when the gun is fired or the action is cycled by hand.

When there are not shells in the magazine, the user can depress the lever and then open the bolt, at which time the bolt will remain opened.

There are a number of uses for these functions at the range and afield.

So, would I be correct in assuming that if I took the 8+1+1 increased capacity, I would not have to depress this leverand the gun would cycle properly through all the rounds?

  8. I am pondering which Benelli to purchase next, I have some questions and would like some feedback, opinions, and pics if available

    Uses...

    Sporting Clays,

    Trap

    Skeet

    Bird

    Intersts...

Super Black Eagle Carbon Fiber Limited (I think these were Master Dealer only)

    Montefeltro Carbon Fiber

    Vinci

Obviously, I am looking for the Carbn Fiber, A friend had one and sold it, It was a Master Dealer only edition, I could beat him for not selling it to ME.

I really like the Vinci, but from what I am reading it isnt reliable under 3 1/2 shells?

I am looking for 30"-32" barrel with the extended choke sets in 12ga.

All I have is tacticals, breech barrels and 1 Franchi O/U, so I am looking to expand my collection, what better way to do it then to get a Benelli.

  9. I have a M3 and a M4, Both have a small chrome lever/button with a little red dot on them on the right bottom side of the receiver just in front of the trigger guard, I have always wondered what it was for.

I press before I am going to fire all the rounds in the mag carrier, I have always wondered why this was needed before the gun will fire

  10. Ive been through some forums and for some time now there have been multiple threads of spam.

The best way I have seen this handled and deterred has been to add a report button for COC violations that get emailed to the MODS.

They can then either determine a COC violation or give spam the banhammer, I have seen Forums get shut down when this gets out of hand, IMO this is why HK USA forums were down for so long as they became infiltrated with it and no mods handled it.

Mods, can we work on adding a report button, and BAN the username and especially the IP address!!!!

This si BS, this is the new wave of cyber attack and spamming, this is a private forum for public use with a COC, lets weed out the trolls and the spam

  11. I too am looking forward to the feel of the M4 stock and its positions, I wouldnt think the stock would make any difference as the recoil is controlled through the gun, I havent seen Tactical with the comfortech style solid stock.

The LMT SOPMOD is the single best stock for CQB and multi position AR platforms available IMO! The ergonomics, cheekweld, uses, and recoil reduction paired with a H2 buffer are phenominal. I would look for the 2nd gen if your buying new with the sling attachment, if your paying asking $$$, might as well get the updated version and extra goodies.

Paired right up there with the SOPMOD is the HK E1, its just about the same thing except entry to the battery tubes is through the rear pad, a nice upgrade if you ask me.

There are other choices, and I have tried all the platforms, but hands down, the LMT is my personal favorite, Ill be getting a new one in Tan for the next build I am currently in the middle of.

  12. The Commemerative edition has an extended tube, but can the capacity be increased with the removal of the snap ring and cap, or will I have to purchase the FL tube?
