Yeah big 5 sporting goods manager of course isn't in but they are only responsible for selling firearms they don't accept returns because they aren't experts Benelli is the expert in this case and I'd have to go through them but the GM has the final say tomorow. Is this an issue that Benelli might fault me on operator error for for not cleaning the gun before I first fired it? This is very depressing to have spent 300.00 on something for home security that doesn't shoot and is already showing signs of wear like this after only 50 rounds...

Apperantly I don't have enough post to post a pic. The scratch or gouge runs about 3 inches starts off thin then gets wider as you move toward the barrel.

Something tells me I have a bad gun. The bolt traveling back and forth has gouged the plastic inside down to the metal is this normal? Sorry for the I Phone pic but if you;ll note the gray area inside the ejection port...

I have a brand new Nova Tactical length. Out of 50 rounds of remmington 2 3/4 game load I put through it 5 or 6 misfired. In one magazine full the first two misfired back to back. One the primer was dented off center do I have a serious issue worthy of sending my gun in and waiting who knows how long for warranty repair?
