Is everything he sells factory oem?

Hi was wondering if anyone here knows if i can purchase a mr1 in nyc. I tried to google for nyc rifle laws but i cant find an answer.. im guessing its not, since it has a pistol grip:mad: but just want to make sure... it looks so sweet... I do have my permits but the office is closed right now so i cant call
