Arctic Sloth

I picked up my M2 tactical yesterday. It looks very content sitting in my gun safe next to its big brother, my M4. I just won a new MR1 on Gunbroker for $922.00! That is the cheapest I've seen them, so I am pretty excited about getting it in a week or so. I don't shoot rifles very often, but I thought if I could win the MR1 for that price, it would be worth picking it up.

Stompy: Thank you for the links. I am putting a check in the mail today for a Blackbore tactical HD choke for my M4. These chokes are in stock, which is awesome. I have been told that they are working on an HD choke for the M2 and I will order one when they become available. Thanks for the info.!

I have searched the forum and the internet, but cannot find a muzzle brake for the M2 tactical. Are they out there, do they exist, where might I buy one if this mythical item exists? I did find where the Benelli practical muzzle brake fits (or is supposed to fit) but I can't find one of those for sale either.

That is a good point. It may honestly bid up over $1,000.00 or there may be some "friend" of the seller who bids it up to where the seller wants it to be. I am always a bit leery about auctions. Follow up: I won it for $922.00! Sweet!!!

There is a new MR1 on Gunbroker and the bidding is at something like $925.00. This appears to be a good price, is it something worth trying to buy for less than $1,000.00 or are there better bargains out there?

I am thinking about getting a Supernova tactical. Should I get the comfortech stock or the pistol grip? Does the comfortech really reduce felt recoil? If so, that is probably the way I want to go, but I do like pistol grip stocks. I plan on shooting buckshot and slugs through this pump, so that may influence the choice if the comfortech works as advertised.
