I sent in my rebate early January and got a noticed in the mail from the rebate company last week. They were unable to process my rebate due to the following reasons:
Purchase date not valid for this offer
Required product not purchased
UPCs not valid for this offer.
I was pissed when I got this letter. I purchased the Benelli M4 on Dec. 13th 2010 and the rebate clearly states that the rebate applies to purchases between Aug. 1st and Dec. 31st. I sent them 2 copies of the store receipt with the date.
Required product not purchased? I checked marked M4. It's like they saying it's not a qualified item. This really ticked me off.
UPCs not valid? There was a sticker inside the package with the same serial number and barcode that's attached to the box so I sent that one instead.
I am going to resend everything tomorrow and cut the UPC off from the box and send it to them.
Has anyone else had this issue?
I had the exact same issue. Contacted them through the contact page on the rapid-rebate site. Got a response in under 10 minutes from a girl that told me to fax in my receipt and UPC. I didn't have a copy of the original UPC that came in the box so I just laid the box on a copier and then faxed that page. A few hours later, the same girl emailed me stating my rebate was being processed as valid. I was able to confirm that through the rebate search as well.

I usually direct inquiries of order stautus to a company representative, not ask forum members. ASK SIDEARMOR.
Well, I figured maybe someone here has had experience with them so I prefer to ask here.
Thanks for playing though.

Something on your order is probably out of stock, and they're awaiting the parts.
I wish they would let me know some how. I went to their web site and checked my pending order. It just says "order received".
BTW, did I tell you I'm an impatient S.O.B.

Ordered a short rail and side carrier last week and haven't hear a peep from them. Anybody know how long it usually takes to get their stuff?

Finally got a notice that mine is being processed as "valid" after re-sending everything.

I'm going insane waiting for my full-length tube. Not bashing Kip, just venting because I'm like a kid at Christmas.

I saw on their status page that my rebate was denied because (A) Required product not purchased and (B) UPC not valid for this offer.
Both are BS. I'm currently swapping emails with "Carley" to try and resolve it. I had to fax my receipt and UPC because "they no longer have access to the original information". WTF?
Anyone else have these kinds of issues?

What don't you like about the M80?

PM sent to your inbox
Thanks. That was easy.

Just received my stock. Thanks for the fast shipping. Now I just have to figure out how to install it. Are there any instructions posted anywhere?
-
I'll take one also! PM Sent.
ETA: Payment Sent!

This would be #14.
#15. So, how do you like that new C-Stock?

Hey Super M4, I got your PM, but, I can't respond until I have 15 posts.

I'll snap some tonight maybe. My m80 showed up, but it's FUBAR. The rails are all bent badly at each end. So now I'm RMA'ing it.
I did force the GearSector mount on as far as I could. The offset Is is perfect. The light hugs right over the top of the rubberized portion of the m80.
Man, that stinks about the M80 being messed up. Do you think it something to do with shipping damage or did Surefire screw up in the QC department?

Nice set up! What kind of muzzle brake is that?

I love how some(apparently weak) people like to talk about how heavy the M4 is. Seriously, it isn't that heavy. Maybe some folks need to hit the gym.

All orders thru Jan-21st will ship this Thursday or Friday.

I've always done it to relieve spring tension. Just seems like the right thing to do.

Title says it all. Thanks!

Does this forend come with any rail covers?
Why the GGG bolt release pad instead of the FFT?

Nevermind. I'm a bonehead. FFT doesn't make a bolt release pad.
