Looking for a Surefire dedicated weapon light for a M1 Super 90. Prefer the old school version but a newer one would work too for the right price.
-
No it must be a side mounted loop.
-
I am removing my two round extension on my M1S90 and replacing it with a factory flush mounted one...
http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/pid=6281/Product/FOREND_CAP__W_O_SWIVEL_STUD
However, I need to still have a side sling mount. Any ideas?
-
I didn't ask. I just figured it couldn't be removed.
-
I'm getting my barrel cut down and need a replacement front sight "tower" like in the pic...
-
The front sight looks like the top one in the pick I posted but the rear ghost ring is different. I don't see a link on my phone.
-
Making sure I don't shoot something or someone I shouldn't isn't "playing by the book".
-
Wooo Hooo last one and I'm at 20 posts!
-
I figured I'd spam my own thread lol.
-
Ok I'v been spamming this board trying to get my post count up so I can email someone.
-
Does anyone have a pic of one? I must be stupid or there's not one on that website.

1. Talk to your smith, he will know if he can "un-weld" the front sight. I doubt he will be able to but only he will know. Otherwise they do make "Band" sights for the front with fiber optic. Like this:
http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/pid=19505/Product/REMINGTON_SHOTGUN_TACTICAL_GHOST_RING_SIGHT_SET
2. You can always post up here for a factory replacement non-tritium. Brownells also carrys some factory parts.
3. The Nordic tube would look great with one of their handles, however you need to "cap" that cap. I would call Nordic to see if they make a flush fitting cap. The nut you linked to is open on both ends.
That gun would look amazing when done. Make sure you post up some pics.
Sent Nordic an email about the flush fitting cap.
I looked all over Brownells but couldn't find factory all black rear sight.
I also sent my gunsmith an email to see what he thought about the front sight. I agree, I doubt he'll be able to remove it and I don't want to replace it with a banded one. Looks like this project might be a pain.

Take some better shots when it's warmer and with less clothing lol.

Tool Tech is the best at what they do. With that said why do you think you need night sights? They are very over rated. You must ID your threat before you can shoot it right? More then likely this will be with some sort of light right? If there is enough light to ID the target there should be enough light to see your sights.

Push/Pull technique
Limbsaver recoil pad
Smaller shells

Doesn't Mike Tyson race pigeons?

Price seems pretty steep.
-
I want one like in the pic that's 10.5. Plus a factory 14 inch barrel is retarded expensive.
-
Ok I plan on cutting my barrel down. My gun has ghost rings on it. Will my smith be able to remove the front sight and re-install it or will I need to purchase another "tower" front sight for the ghost ring? If I need to purchase another one can anyone link me to it at brownells or midway?
Second question... my nightsights are burnt out. Not a big deal cause I want to put a fiber optic front on anyway. Is there a replacement rear ghost ring that is solid black with no dots? And who makes the most rugged green fiber optic to replace the front night sight with?
And the last question (for now lol)... I plan on removing the mag extension and cutting the barrel flush with the end of the tube. Would this...

... be the best thing to use or is there another option? I plan on putting a Nordic big bolt knob on it and would like to have one of their spiral fluted extension tube nuts but I don't need a tube. Would it be possible to use this...

... as just an end cap with no extension?
I'm going for a Benelli M1K look...
Thanks. You guys have been a lot of help so far.

Cool thanks dude! That may be the way to go instead of 10.5.
-
Does anyone know what length barrel is flush with a one round extension? On an 870 it's 14 and 12.5 with a flush mag cap.
-
Ok I re-read his email and he said something about moving the mag tube hanger. I have no idea what that is. It's the factory tactical version with 18 inch barrel and two round extension. I was planning on taking the mag extension off and just putting a flush one on but someone told me the mag extensions don't just swap out like on the Remingtons so I guess I'm gonna have to find someone local to look at it for me.
-
Yeah I know all about how to register it as a SBS. As I stated I did my 870 last year and it has a 14 inch barrel on it. Rose got back with me and said just the barrel chop was $60 and then another $60 for choke tube install. Not sure if I can go that short though cause he asked me some questions about the mag tube I don't know the answer to since this is my first Benelli.
-
I want to cut it to 10.5. Will I still need to have it threaded for a choke? I have a sbs 870 and it doesn't have a choke tube. This is my first Benelli.
LPA rear ghost ring replacement?

I got a new rear solid black ghost ring to replace the burnt out two dot tritium one. Anyone know how to swap these out?
