Acidshort

Hey guys, I am having trouble unloading my M4 without manually cycling the shotgun. I can not get the "cartridge retaining lever" to budge when i have a shell in the magazine. I am not even sure if I am pressing the correct component, but whatever I am doing it doesn't release the shell. Can you guys help me out? Thanks. Aaron
