I bought a new sbe ii a couple months ago and haven't had a problem with it and loving it so far. But while hunting this weekend within the 2 boxes of shells I shot I had a couple that after I fired the first shot it ejected it but didn't pull the second shell out of the magazine tube into the chamber??? I had to press the button buy the triger guird to launch the shell where I could pull the bolt back and get it into the chamber??? I absolutely love this gun but what could be the problem with this? I've shot about 5 boxes of heavy loads and probably 5 boxes at least of light loads. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I have made sure all of the parts are there. Most of the wiggle is towards the receiver where the forearm meets the receiver.

The forearm on my SBE II that I bought just a couple of months ago is loose. It has a lot of side to side wiggle?? How can I get this fixed? I've tried contacting CS but i never get through on the phone. Thanks
