I own a Stoeger 2000 12 guage shot gun with a deer slug barrell. I called Stoeger and was told this gun isnt produced any more. I was wondering if anyone has installed a mount for a scope to this gun? Stoeger has recommended that I dont have the reciever drilled and tapped. Also i have inquired to several gunsmiths and they have not wanted to touch this job. I am looking for any suggestions on how i can add a scope mount? I have heard of a sleve that sits on the top of the reciever and uses the existing pinning holes in the reciever with longer pins but have not been able to locate this product? Any recomondations are very much appreciated. Thank you! Rob
