Who makes the components for the Gear Sector rail? Where can you buy them? I really like that setup.

Oh that's exactly what I was looking for. I even have the same Streamlight. Is it pretty solid? Is there any need for washers on the inside to keep from breaking through the handguard?

I would like to add a light to my M4 but I don't want to use a forend covered with abrasive rails that costs a fortune. Has anyone drilled holes in the factory forend and mounted a rail on like that? Do you have any pictures? I guess you would need a long rail or shim to deal with the taper on the front. Any tips or advice would be much appreciated.
