Went back to range today and ran 50 rounds of 2 and 3/4" shells with zero malfunctions, So that was good news. But I wanted to ask, when I got home and cleaned the gun I noticed some discoloration near the end of the barrel. What might this be from? This is the NP3 coated H2O model. Thanks hope the pic is clear!

It's the M4 h20 LE. It is 100% stock. I lubed the gun well it was pretty wet. It spent the round and ejected well the next round hung up like it would look in you ghost feed the gun. The next round was completely vertical the bolt did not come forward. I pulled back on charging handle and it then feed the round.

Got some 3" #4 Remington buck shells and took my new cleaned and oiled gun to range. I was hoping to do some patterning with it but we got so much snow I could not see my target from shooting bench at range. I decided I would run 7 rounds through it since I was there. I had a failure to feed on the 3rd shot. It ran the rest fine. I was a bit surprised at the failure. Do you think this is normal for a new M4 with magnum loads?

Well I gave up and ordered the 7+1 NP3 M4 today! Had no luck with the used market and this gun had it all. The price was a bit more then I wanted to spend but you only live once right. Thanks again for all the help!

I did not know it was only $80. The best price I can find for black M4 is 1799. So add on $80 and I am at 1880.00 What is the black M4 going for at a "good price" on-line?

I just cant find a 7 shot m4 in stock at $1500. Best price I can find is $1799 for the 5 round online

I am looking at getting M4 H2O 7+1, found it online for $2,140.00, Is that a good price? Anyone know a online that sells M4 7+1 in blue? What would that go for? I dont need the H2O but its all I can find. Thanks
