Super 90 locking head issues. so my Super 90 locking head hangs up and will not turn completely back into the bolt carrier. I have cleaned this gun many times and the recoil spring as well. I am shooting 3" heavy steel. After the first shoot there is not a second shot due to the bolt not seating all the way forward. Help
